Who can see what I post?
Only verified members of your network: laundromats see laundromats, and Laundry Pros see Laundry Pros. Private groups are visible only to their members. Marketplace listings are shared across both networks.
What about Partner Support Chat in sudsHQ?
It still works. Over time, we're moving business support into Connect, where the suds Team answers and other owners can help too. Release notes and training are already posted there. You can also reach us through the contact form.
Does Connect cost anything?
No. Networking, groups, messages and Marketplace listings are all free right now. If a listing ever has a price, you'll see it before you post.
Can my staff join?
Not yet. Connect is for owners and Laundry Pros today.
What if someone breaks the rules?
Report any post, comment or profile. Posts with several reports are hidden until we review them, and you can block or mute anyone.
