Every order in the suds app earns points. 100 points = $1 off a future order. There's nothing to sign up for: your Rewards balance starts with your first order.

How you earn points.
Points land in your balance when an order is completed and paid. You don't have to do anything. Order the way you already do.

Worked example
Say your first order is $40 and you rate it afterwards:
- 40 points for the $40 you spent
- 500 points first-order bonus
- 25 points for rating it
That's 565 points ($5.65) from one order. A friend who joins with your code adds another 1,000 points ($10) when their first order is done.
Where to see it: open the suds app and tap Account → Rewards. You'll see your balance, how close you are to unlocking it, and every point you've earned.

Once your balance reaches 1,000 points ($10), you can use as many or as few as you like on any order.
Reach 1,000 points
Your Rewards card shows how many more you need. When you get there it says Ready to use.
Book as usual
At checkout you'll see a Use Rewards switch. It's on by default, so your points apply unless you turn them off.
Pick the amount
Use the − and + buttons to change it 100 points at a time, or tap Max to use as much as you can.
Pay less
The summary shows Rewards −$X and your new total. The points come off when your order is charged.
Save them or spend them
You don't have to use points just because you can. Turn the switch off and they keep adding up for a bigger discount later.
A limit on some orders
Some orders may limit how much of the total points can cover, shown as a percentage. If a limit applies, checkout tells you before you book. Your very first order never has a limit.
Your card is still held
Booking places the usual hold on your card for the full order. When the order is charged, your points come off and you pay only the rest.

What earns points
- Orders that are completed and paid. A cancelled order earns nothing.
- The amount you were charged for the laundry. Points are rounded down to whole dollars.
- Each milestone bonus (1st, 5th, 10th order) is paid once.
- Rating bonus: once per order, for your first rating of it.
What doesn't earn points
- Tips. They go entirely to your Laundry Pro, so they don't count toward points.
- Monthly-plan pickups. Plan orders already come at a flat monthly price.
- Refunded orders. If an order is refunded in full, the points it earned come back off your balance.
If an order you used points on is refunded
Our team reviews every refund on an order that used points, full or partial, and adjusts your points by hand. You'll get an email (or a notification) saying we'll review it within 24–48 hours. We do it this way so you're never short and never counted twice.
Points aren't cash
Points only take money off orders in the suds app. They can't be withdrawn, sold or swapped for cash. Accounts that misuse Rewards (fake referrals, for example) can have points removed.
Pro Points: your reputation, scored.
In sudsHQ, every good job earns Pro Points. Points build your level, from New up to Elite. Pro Points aren't spent or cashed out. They show how reliable you are, and they only go up when you do great work. Find them on Account → Pro Points.

How much is a point worth?
100 points = $1. So 1,000 points is $10 off, and 2,500 points is $25 off.
Do I need to sign up for Rewards?
No. Every suds customer is in Rewards automatically. Your first completed order starts your balance. See it anytime under Account → Rewards in the suds app.
When can I start using my points?
Once your balance reaches 1,000 points ($10). After that you can use any amount you like, from 100 points up to your whole balance, as long as the order allows it.
Why couldn't I use all my points on an order?
Some orders limit how much of the total points can cover, shown as a percentage at checkout. Your first order never has a limit. Points also can't bring an order below the small minimum card charge.
When do points show up?
When the order is completed and paid. Points for rating an order arrive when you rate it. Referral points arrive when your friend's first order is completed.
How does refer-a-friend work with Rewards?
Share your code from Account → Refer a friend. Your friend gets a 1,000-point welcome bonus with their first order, and you get 1,000 points once that order is completed. One referral per household address.
Do tips earn points?
No. Tips go 100% to your Laundry Pro, so they're left out of points. For Laundry Pros, though, every $1 they're tipped earns them 1 Pro Point.
What happens to my points if my order is refunded?
If the order is refunded in full, the points it earned come back off your balance. If you used points on it, our team reviews the refund and adjusts your points within 24–48 hours. We'll email you when that review starts.
Can I turn Rewards off for an order?
Yes. Turn off the Use Rewards switch at checkout and your points stay in your balance for later.
I'm a Laundry Pro. Can I spend my Pro Points?
Not right now. Pro Points build your level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite) and show customers and our team how reliable you are. You'll find them on Account → Pro Points in sudsHQ.
