Tap Build my website
Go to Account → Website and choose Build my website. A short wizard asks only for what we don't have yet.

Add a photo, a tagline and a few words about you. Tick the sections you want, then pick a design and colour.
Publish and share
Tap publish. Your website goes live at sudshamper.com/state/city/your-business. Use Share to send the link anywhere.
It keeps itself current
Change your hours, prices, services or photo in sudsHQ and your website updates on its own. No second place to edit.
You stay in control
Edit it any time from Account → Website. Tap Take offline to hide it and Publish again to bring it back.

Laundromats get a full storefront page: address with directions, tap-to-call phone, walk-in self-service details, machines, payments and amenities.
Laundry Pros working from home get the same professional page, without your street address or phone number. Visitors see your city and state. When they use your contact form, the message is passed on to your email by suds, and your email address is never shown.

Before you build.
Is the website really free?
Yes. Signing up with suds gets you a free website if you want one. We build it, host it and keep it running. There's no designer fee and no hosting bill.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. You answer a few questions and tick boxes in the sudsHQ app. There's no code, no hosting to set up, and nothing to install.
What will my website address be?
sudshamper.com/state/city/your-business-name, for example sudshamper.com/ny/brooklyn/bubbles-laundromat. Put it on your flyers, Google Business Profile and social media.
How do I update my website?
Mostly, you don't have to. Your hours, prices, services and photo come from your sudsHQ profile, so when you change them there, your website updates itself. For website-only content (tagline, gallery, FAQs, amenities and so on) go to Account → Website in sudsHQ.
Do customers see the same prices as in the suds app?
Your website shows your own prices. When a customer books through the suds app, the platform fee is added at checkout, the same as on every suds order, and you're still paid your full price.
I'm a Laundry Pro working from home. Is my address shown?
No. A Laundry Pro's website never shows your street address, phone number or email. Visitors see your city and state and can reach you through a contact form that we pass on to you.
Can I take my website down?
Yes, any time. Tap Take offline on Account → Website, and Publish again when you're ready. If your store is closed on suds, its website comes down automatically.
I already have a website. Can I still use suds?
Of course. Choose I already have a website and paste your link. It shows on your suds profile so customers can find it.
I already own a domain name. Can I keep using it?
Yes. You can point your domain (for example, bubbleslaundromat.com) to the website we build for you. Customers keep typing the address they already know and land on your new suds website. You keep your domain, and we host the website.
You set this up in your domain account (the company you bought the domain from, such as GoDaddy or Namecheap), by forwarding your domain to your sudshamper.com link.
Can you set up my domain for me? What does it cost?
Yes, we can do it for you. Contact us and say you need help pointing your domain to your suds website. You'll add us as a temporary admin on your domain account so we can change the settings, and you can remove our access once it's done.
The service starts at $150. If your setup is complicated and needs more time, we'll tell you the cost before doing any extra work.
