These terms apply when you use the website of Bubbles & Co. Laundromat ("we", "us") or use our laundry services. By using our services you agree to them.

Our services

We offer the laundry services described on this website. Prices, hours and services shown here are provided for information and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price posted at the time of service or confirmed when you order.

Pickup and delivery orders are placed through the suds app. Those orders are also governed by the suds app's own terms, which you accept in the app.

Business and commercial customers

Quotes for business customers are estimates until we agree on them in writing. Recurring commercial service may be covered by a separate agreement, which takes priority over these terms where they differ.

Your items

• Please check pockets before handing over laundry. We are not responsible for items left in garments, such as cash, jewelry, pens, electronics or documents.
• Tell us about stains, delicate fabrics and special care instructions when you drop off or order. We follow the care labels but cannot guarantee results on items that are not colorfast, are already worn or damaged, or have no care label.
• Normal wear, minor shrinkage and fading can occur with regular washing and are not considered damage.
• Items left more than 30 days after they are ready may be donated or disposed of, to the extent the law allows.

Claims

If something is missing or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and keep the item and packaging. Where we are responsible, we will repair, replace, re-clean or refund at our option. Our liability for any item is limited to the amount you paid for the service on that item, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

Self-service machines

Please follow the posted instructions and use machines at your own risk. Do not overload machines or wash items that could damage them. Report any machine that is not working to staff; refunds for machine faults are given at our discretion. Children must be supervised at all times.

Payment

Payment is due when service is provided, or as agreed for business accounts. Unpaid orders may be held until payment is made.

This website is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of NY.
